Plagiarism occurs when an author uses someone else’s ideas, text, results, or methods without proper attribution. It includes:

⚡️ Partial Plagiarism: Combining text from various sources with extensive rephrasing, yielding an unoriginal piece.
🔄 Self‑Plagiarism: Reusing significant portions of one’s own published work without disclosure, regardless of slight changes.
🛑 CSRB Plagiarism Policy
✅ All submitted manuscripts are screened for plagiarism.
✅ Rejection Upon Detection: Manuscripts identified with plagiarism at the review stage will be rejected immediately.
✅ Post‑Publication Action: Should plagiarism be detected after publication, CSRB will:
🔍 Investigate the claim thoroughly.
✉️ Contact the author(s) and their institution.
⚡️ Mark the article as plagiarized in the CSRB database.
❌ Retract the article and remove it from CSRB platforms.
🗣️ Issue a formal statement linked to both the original and plagiarized articles.
✅ Sanctions: Depending on the severity, CSRB may ban authors from submitting new work for 3, 5, 10 years or permanently.
✅ Public Listing: In serious cases, CSRB may publicly list authors found guilty of plagiarism, including their institutional details.
